Team Member
Composite Builders is seeking motivated Team Members interested in applying their Advanced Composite manufacturing skills in a rapidly growing company that works across multiple industries; marine, mobility, aerospace and the sports industries.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Work with team to build custom advanced composite components for our clients.
- Gain familiarity with shape equipment:
- Autoclave
- Technical fabric CNC cutter
- Heated press
- Ovens
- Vacuum pumps, etc.
- Prepreg experience desirable
- Ability to jump in and be a hands on part of our manufacturing team
- Ability to trouble shoot and creatively problem solve
- Ability to multi-task and from time to time
- Strong attention to detail
- High standards for quality and productivity
- Leverage industry experience to help improve upon design and build process
- CAD skills desirable
General Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Self starter
- Ability to work overtime
- Promote clean and safe work environment.
This position is a full time position.
